• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. Payments are processed by secure third-party processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.

Refund eligibility depends on the product type (for example, self-paced courses, downloadable content, or live sessions) and the refund window shown on the product page and checkout. Where a refund is available, it must be requested within the stated window and may be conditioned on usage (such as completion percentage) where legally permitted.

• Refund requests must include the purchase email and order details.
• Processing times depend on the payment method and bank.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while we investigate.

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the Services, reverse engineering where prohibited, or infringing the rights of others.

• No scraping, automated harvesting, or abusive traffic that degrades performance.
• No uploading malware, distributing harmful code, or attempting to bypass security controls.
• No harassment, hate, or illegal content in community areas (if provided).

All materials provided through the Services, including videos, audio, lesson text, downloads, logos, and design elements, are owned by Sonovia Audio Academy or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly allowed in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from course materials. Limited personal use is permitted for your own learning purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonovia Audio Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above indicates when the latest revision took effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
